Terms & Conditions
Below is a brief summary of The Dharma Door trading terms and conditions for Wholesale customers. After we have received your completed online wholesale form we will email a detailed copy of our T&C's to you:
Ordering: We will establish an online wholesale account for you on thedharmadoor.com.au. This will enable you to place orders online anytime and you will not be required to pay until we provide a tax invoice with freight added.
Invoicing: All first orders are proforma/prepaid and subsequent orders may be on 30-day terms only if an credit application form has been completed, returned and approved.
Note: All orders for Jute Baskets and Bowls are on Proforma basis due to high demand.
All prices as shown on our website and tax invoices include GST. International wholesale customers will receive a tax invoice with the 10% GST removed.
Minimum order values/quantities apply for every order.
All prices exclude freight. Freight is calculated according the volume of your total order and will be added to your tax invoice.
Our products are all handmade by small scale artisans and therefore there are times when we are temporarily out of stock of some items. These items show as 'In stock soon. Backorders welcome' on our website...this means you can backorder this item at the time of placing your order and we will be in touch to let you the ETA. We strongly encourage our wholesale customers to backorder Jute Baskets and Bowls to avoid disappointment.
We accept payment via EFT, credit card and business cheques. All products remain the property of The Dharma Door until paid for in full.
If you wish to place an order for 50+ pieces of any one item, please be aware that a 2-3 month lead time may be required due to the hand crafted production methods of our range. This does not apply to all products and each item would need to be assessed individually.
We reserve the right to choose who stocks our products. Whilst we do not guarantee exclusivity of our products in any town/city/region for any reseller we understand the importance of working closely with our customers to ensure the best outcome for all.
Guarantee and Exchanges
We guarantee the products you purchase from The Dharma Door will be of high quality and will reach you in good condition. If they don’t or you are not completely satisfied with them for some other reason, please return the items to us (within 14 days of receipt) and we will replace the products. In the event that we are unable to replace the goods (eg. If the product is out of stock or discontinued) we will provide a Credit.
Third Party Retail Websites
We do not permit any of our wholesale customers to sell on third party retail websites (within Australia or Internationally). We supply products to you to sell in your own store (bricks & mortar, market stall and/or online) only.
We are happy to supply product images upon request. We request that you do not lift/copy images from our thedharmadoor.com.au without obtaining permission as they are subject to copyright laws. Styled imagery cannot be supplied to our wholesale customers.
We are happy to wholesale our products anywhere in the world however for the United States please contact The Dharma Door USA at firstname.lastname@example.org.
