• Goods will be dispatched upon confirmation of payment from Pay Pal.
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
• All prices exclude postage (see Delivery for more details)
• The Dharma Door will not accept returns, but will exchange goods (see below for more details).
• We guarantee your security and privacy when shopping on our website.
• Every endeavour is made to ensure all goods featured on our website are available at all times. However, as these products are made in small workshops in relatively remote regions and under Fair Trade conditions, there are occasional supply problems. The Dharma Door makes every effort to update availability on the website on a weekly basis to avoid any disappointment. However, we will contact you immediately if any item that you order is unavailable and discuss the options available to you.
• The colours of each product may vary between computer monitors. We have made every effort to ensure the colours are accurate, however differences may occur, depending on your monitor settings.

Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Payment options include:

1. Pay with your credit card without signing up for a PayPal account

Please phone The Dharma Door on 07 3420 6011 or 0423 730 273 with your credit card and order details. If you choose this payment method, we will need to process you order manually. Orders will be dispatched after payment has been authorised and processed. 

    2. Pay quickly with PayPal if you have a PayPal account

You can shop on our website with guaranteed security and privacy. This is a totally secure site and Pay Pal has industry-leading fraud-prevention systems in place. Delivery

Our products are stored in Brisbane, Australia. Postage costs are calculated according to your location and size/weight of your order and dispatched via Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days depending on product availability. Please contact us if your order is urgent (for example a gift) and we will endeavour to deliver according to your needs.

Privacy Policy

Be assured that we keep all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfill your order.

Exchange of Goods

The Dharma Door will not accept return of products. However, we will exchange goods within 14 days of purchase, with proof of receipt. The goods to be exchanged must be in resaleable condition. For your protection, you may wish to send your product for exchange via insured parcel post. Please send all products for exchange to:

The Dharma Door cannot pay for return postage charges unless we have made a postage error. We will make every effort to process exchanged items within 2-5 business days.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee products purchased from The Dharma Door will reach you in good condition. If it doesn't or you are not completely satisfied with it for some other reason, please return the item to us (within 14 days of receipt) and we will replace the product. Postage expenses are not subject to refund unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
